SONGWRITERS-IN-THE-ROUND series is unlike anything in the Geelong region. Bringing together local singer/songwriters in an intimate setting, each takes turns playing their favourite songs while talking about how they write and why they became songwriters.
Specifically we will have two rounds each comprising of three performers.
They will each sing five songs in turn with a short break between round 1 & 2.
Friday 12th Feb will see Chubby Rae & The Elevator's Marisa Quigley, Stewart Guthrie & Rory Ellis together with three other performers take us on a journey of through their favourite songs. Tickets cost only $10 and are available by phoning 5247 1986.
WHAT IS THE STUDIO AND WHERE IS IT?
The Studio is Geelong's newest live music venue catering for fans who enjoy watching live performances in an intimate and cosy setting. The venue is licensed so leave the drinks at home however you may bring along your own nibbles if you wish.
